Flaps

Laid out The flaps Used the cut off wheel to start the cuts on the ends. Then used the snips
Laid out, drilled and clecoed the bearings Laid out hinges and drilled
Located the hinges with a simple wood jig.  It kept it 3mm below the surface Hinges Drilled and clecoed
Took a look at the revisions on the flaps and saw that the rotated the bearing 90 deg and made it a slot.  This ought to make installation with the flap drive easier to line up.  All assembled, and another view of the flap. I considered a doubler for the old holes but it really isn't necessary.

Lesson Learned.  Check the revision before drilling!

Used a small 1/8th measuring cup to measure out the Variprime. Worked well.  It took about 1/4 cup of each for both flaps I also used stamps to mark the ribs.  It tried other methods but this worked well
