Prop Instl

First thing was to open up the prop bushings

Bolts temp fitting

Looking like an airplane

Drilled the holes in the back and the front plate. Luckily there
were holes that lined up fine.

Positioning the prop so that it will end up horizontal. The book
says to position the magnet at the top as seen here.
Then position the prop so it is at 11:00
I cut a template to get a rough cut out.
Then taped the spinner and transferred the pattern
Then a rough cut. I also put a grid on it so that I could make sure
I was symetric.
Lots of trimming and fitting. I ended up opening up the cutout to be
able to get it in place. I still had some trimming to go with this
pic.
Once finished, I clamped it up and located the nutplates.

Nutplates installed.

Looks good
Good view of the cutout.
And the other side. They turned out symetric.
Getting close to finished. I also put oil in it and cranked it over. I checked out my data collection with a laptop and got good oil pressure. Didn't get RPM because need to have spark.
